Hi My Friend belongs to publicmobile . He needs to reset his username and password . If possible delete account registered to his number and let him start again . THANKS

Unless there's issues with the account, these changes ban be performed in the self serve portal. If there's problems with getting into the account, please contact a moderator. If you are unsure how, take a look at the following guide.

The email that is registered is no longer valid . Is it possible to delete account and register again .

The user name is something you can change yourself. I have been told that they have a separate database of emails associated with the accounts. Changing that will require the help of a moderator. Please send them a private message and they will take care of it for you. There's no need to delete the account.

As @will13am mentionned , you can change most of the stuff once you log in, but if you can<t contact a mod. Everything is mentionned in his replies.
