I changed my plan starting January 22, 2021. I was charged 25.00 from my auto pay for the month. Then l had to repay 80.00 to activate my phone. My new plan is 500mb add 500mb and unlimited talk and text a plan offered on December 20, 2020. For 25.00 a month l need the monies l had to pay returned to my account and my new plan registered as the changes l made of 500 mb and added 500 mb and unlimited talk and text. @tboudre2525 : Were you on some kind of really old build your own plan? I don't know how and why you would have to pay anything "to activate". Just the plan cost.

(hopefully this part of the thread can get sliced out to its own thread)

Were you on a 90 day plan and scheduled a plan change on next renewal? Did you add $80 or did autopay charge your card? Do you have a balance of $80 in your account?
