I don't know how and why you would have to pay anything "to activate".       <description>&lt;P&gt;I changed my plan starting January 22, 2021. I was charged 25.00 from my auto pay for the month. Then l had to repay 80.00 to activate my phone. My new plan is 500mb add 500mb and unlimited talk and text a plan offered on December 20, 2020. For 25.00 a month l need the monies l had to pay returned to my account and my new plan registered as the changes l made of 500 mb and added 500 mb and unlimited talk and text.
