Tell your contacts to list your name, number and pic of you in “their” contact lists.

For your phone you can do same in YOUR contacts list....you can pull pics in from your stored pics or take a pic do yourself as part of your input.

Sorry, but there is no way to add your name (or photo) to outgoing call display. Public Mobile does not support this.
