@Creanne22 Don't expect much from Community Reward. Referral friend to use may have a significant impact. As long as your friend is with PM, you have $1 reward per cycle. You don't need to do much.

@Creanne22 community rewards are great however dont believe that you will get a free bill every month, you would have to very active on the boards with helping other and partaking in many threads. it can take up a lot of your time to be at the top tier.

Getting a Community reward requires effort and patience.

Learn how to help users by reading Help articles and Community posts. If you scan over the posts marked as Solutions for each thread you can learn what works for most situations.

Respond with just as much detail as you need to help the original poster

too little detail and someone else will respond with what you missed
too much detail and the user may overlook your response

All in all, it's just about being helpful, polite, and timely with responses.
