@Creanne22 Make sure there is no interruption in between. As long as you are entitled for Loyalty reward, it will show up on your overview as you sign in "My account".

Loyalty Rewards accumulate after every full year of service.

After year 1 you will save $1 off per cycle, after year 2 you will save $2 off per cycle.

This continues until after 5 years and $5 off per cycle and that is as high as the discount goes.
