payment voucher not valid?

I just bought two payment vouchers from my local 7/11 and they both said invalid when put the numbers in. help please?

It usually takes a few hours before the vouchers are valid.

@raymondscoins : try using the 611 service as well as the self-serve. If you have multiple 12 digit sets, use the one that says PIN.

thanks for the advice but I dont remember my 4 digit code for the phone thing. the number that said PIN is the one that I was trying though

@raymondscoins: Redeeming vouchers in 611 doesn't need your 4 digit PIN.
