      <description>&lt;P&gt;My picture messaging is not working. I am new to Public mobile as of today. I've tried sending a picture through text and it will not work.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My number is all transfered over now and that seems to be the only thing not working as of right now.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If you are on a low data plan you can keep your data off until you recieve or want to send a MMS text. Turning your data on will allow you to download the incoming MMS or send the outgoing MMS.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
