Hello,

I was going to reactivate my account, but every time I try to pay it says "your account has enough balance". Even though my account only has 1$ in it..... Has anyone else had these issues? How should I navigate this?

@hafsa02 Can you select "other amount" to pay under the payment tab?

@hafsa02 If you are unable to pay and reactivate your account, contact a moderator for help by clicking the chat bubble at the bottom and follow the prompts.

Try another browser or clear cache/site cookies or use incognito/privacy mode.

For me usually 'other amount' works.
