      <title>Paid for my plan, paid for 2 add-ons, still cannot make calls.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;For some reason, I can't make any calls. When I try, it says I am making long distance calls, which isn't correct as I am in Montreal and haven't changed location.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I even bought 500 minutes twice as an add-on, nothing works. I paid my plan as well. Basically, yesterday I paid 25$ and still cannot make calls. I am really not keen on throwing money out of the window.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Log into your account to check the status.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Purchasing an add-on is a two step process.&amp;nbsp; You need to add it and then purchase it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class="sc-dnqmqq HLwOP"&gt;To purchase Add-Ons using your Self-Serve account, follow these steps:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Click on ‘Purchase Add- Ons’ on the Overview tab and scroll down to the Add-On calculator.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Click the plus sign (+) to add and the minus sign (-) to remove selected Add-ons.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;When you’ve added all your desired Add-Ons, click ‘Buy Add-Ons’ or ‘Make a Payment’ below the calculator:&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;You will see ‘Make a Payment’ instead of ‘Buy Add-Ons’ if there are not enough funds in your account to make the purchase.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;If you don’t have sufficient funds to purchase the Add-Ons, you will be asked to make a one-time payment equal to the price of the Add-On, less your current available funds.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey, I have done all of this. My phone still doesn't work. I can't make any calls. Yet all has been added and paid for. I am really frustrated and need my phone to work for work... I feel as though I just spent 25$ for nothing.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
