Three Questions About Roaming US talk add-on

Hi,

These are my questions about the US roaming add-on for talk:

1. Is it unlimited minutes for the 10 days?

2. If I am in the US, can I call a person in Canada?

3. If I am talking with someone in the US, will he get charged long distance because I am using a Toronto number?

It never matters for the person receiving a call where th other person is calling from.
