Buying data (or other add-ons) are 2 steps process

1. add money first

2, then go into the add-on page and buying it actually

I suspected that you only add the fund to it but has not really buy the add on yet.

What is showing on "Available Fund" on your Self-Serve?

Also,if you have picked and buy the add-on , you should see it on your Self-Serve Overview page.

The extra payment you made will rest in your available funds and be applied toward your next renewal payment.

Think of add-ons like purchasing items from vending machines. It is a two-step process requiring inserting funds first until the machine shows the appropriate funds available, and then selecting the product by making a selection.
