Lost SIM Card at Home

Hi, unfortunately after taking my SIM Card out of my phone to clean the slot, I lost the SIM Card in the process, I know it's in my house somewhere but I think it's long gone by now.

Does anyone know what I should do next?

Your choices are to continue to look for it or by a new SIM card. If you get a new SIM card from a retail store, make sure that they do not activate it. Doing that will result in you having two accounts. To attach the new SIM card to your acccount, you'l have to contact the moderators by going to https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html and then typing "SIM card swap".

If you give up. Get a new SIM from local Kiosk (do not get it from PM site, it takes 3 weeks for delivery)

Once you have the new SIM, start a ticket with Mod to swap SIM using this link:

(trust me.. once you got your new SIM.. you old sim will come out.. life is like that. 🤣😂)

if you can't find it, you're going to need a new sim. Once you bought it, you'll need to contact moderator team to get it activated. Good luck finding the old one !!!

I keep hearing people say it takes weeks to get a SIM card from PM, but I've ordered a few in the past few months and the longest it took for the SIM card to arrive to me in Alberta is 6 calendar days.
