Hi I already have a phone with public mobile but I am getting a new phone how do I go about switch/activating the account to the new phone

@Jennben : Pull the SIM out of the old phone and insert it into the new one. There may be a size difference though. What exact phone is the old one and what exact one is the new one?

@Jennben You just need to remove the SIM from your current phone and insert into the new phone and reboot.

The old one is a samsung note 5 and the replacement will be an Iphone 7
