      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have tried to purchase add ons but it says it cannot verify my credit card information. My card usually works so what is the problem?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/183735"&gt;@Celibaum&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;, is it possible that your credit card expired?&amp;nbsp; If the credit card is confirmed current, try doing a manual top up equivalent to the cost of the add-on and see if that works.&amp;nbsp; If it does, then buy the add-on with funds in the account.&amp;nbsp; In the event that something happened to the credit card information on file, I suggest removing the card and then adding it back and retry the top up.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
