      <description>&lt;P&gt;During activation, did you get to where you tried porting/transferring your number?&amp;nbsp; If you entered all details correctly, it should also be requesting you to confirm your request on your old phone/SIM.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;One alternative is to activate your SIM card with a new number, then port/transfer your number afterwards as well so you're able to get your service up and running.&amp;nbsp; There is also a helpline you can call specific to Porting Numbers if you are having trouble (including from PC Mobile, etc).&amp;nbsp; If you're going this route, let me know and I'm happy to provide you with the number as they don't want it posted here.&amp;nbsp; &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
