hello, I just paid 25$ to recharge my mom's account and I got the NIP. I can't visit her in order to call 611 on her own cell and to recharge it due to Covid.

I remember there was another regular number that I can call from anywhere and I can charge the account. I tried to google it and can't find it 😞

By any chance, anyone know the number or how I can get it? I remember it's supposed to be on the card that I bought from the pharmacy but I threw it since I though I will only need the PIN and I would find it easily by googling 😞

@wadia If you haven't already done so, get your mum's account login info so you can help her manage it; agree on the security question as well.
