Try dialing 611 to add. Some vouchers take up to 24 hours to activate after purchase from the store. Some vouchers have 2 sets of numbers. If so try the other numbers.

You also might be entering the wrong number iirc some vouchers have two sets of pin / voucher code try both.

Double check that the info you are putting in is the same.
