The way things seem to be going around here...maybe the moderators will call you. But the proper method is that you need to contact them.

yes, ordering SIM via PM site can take as many as 3 weeks. You might want to check with Mod to confirm if they have shipped out yet

If you need it urgently, you might want to check local Kiosks such as Walmart/London Drugs/Lowlaws.

How long along has it been since you ordered it?

Expect around 3 weeks really for delivery. If longer, than maybe contact the Moderators.

You could also try your order number in the Canada Post Tracking area:

It may or may not give a hit.

Your SIM cards will take about 3 weeks to arrive. If it longer than this, click on SIMon chat bubble to contact a moderator and ask to contact a moderator.

Did you order from publicmobile.ca directly? There are delays in the mail, and while some shipments do arrive quickly, some are unfortunately taking much longer.

@samtong18 3 weeks is about the length some shipments are taking.

Try entering your order number in Canada Post tracking: https://www.canadapost-postescanada.ca/track-reperage/en#/home

And see if you get any hits. If not, then it went regular post.

If you cannot find anything you can check with the Moderators on your order.

3 weeks is around the right time. You should bet getting them soon. Of course, you can contact Mod to have them confirmed that they have shipped out already.

BTW, you got 12? that's quiet a lot of SIM 😁
