      <description>&lt;P&gt;It’s when you are put on hold by a company and they give you the option of calling you back instead of you sitting on hold for an hour or so. You call back is done electronically instead of a person dialing it&lt;/P&gt;</description>

So the company calls you back, you answer and there is nothing there? I would think this is an issue with the company calling you. I haven't heard of this issue with PM before. Hopefully someone with more tech knowledge will chime in here if it has happened.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
