@Donje What's an electronic call back? What do you do to try and answer it and what happens?

It’s when you are put on hold by a company and they give you the option of calling you back instead of you sitting on hold for an hour or so. You call back is done electronically instead of a person dialing it

@Donje Gotcha. So the company calls you back, you answer and there is nothing there? I would think this is an issue with the company calling you. I haven't heard of this issue with PM before. Hopefully someone with more tech knowledge will chime in here if it has happened.

Does this just happen with one company?

Can you have someone else try it to see if it happens to them as well?
