      <description>&lt;P&gt;My moto G7 power will not connect to the internet - this issue has persisted for 2 days.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Powered on/off&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Pulled and replaced SIM Card and tried other community recomended fixes and have only used 50% of data&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Is your mobile turned on in your phone settings? maybe even airplane mode (but if thats the case you wouldnt be able to make calls either)?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;So nothing is working except wifi? As I mentioned before, check the SIM card serial number against the number shown in your Self Serve account. If different, you may have been SIM swapped or what ever it is called. If so you need to get on that ASAP.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;AE_Collector&lt;/P&gt;</description>
