      <description>&lt;P&gt;Maybe use a different one to get started and then figure out why that email address seems to be already used. Are you certain of the spellings? Did you have a problem attempt and tried again? Has your payment method been charged? Maybe wait about an hour and try again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And indeed you shouldn't have such a real looking username either.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;That's an interesting problem,&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/186808"&gt;@lauracarruthers&lt;/a&gt;!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The above suggestions are all great, reach out to a Moderator or using a temporary email address.&amp;nbsp; Here's some other thoughts...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do you have any family/household members that may have used your email address to activate an account with Public Mobile?&amp;nbsp; Similarly, if that's actually your iCloud account- you may want to log in to see if you actually activated it successfully but missed it and am trying again... you can click "Forgot Your Password?" if you didn't setup a password properly or confirm your number.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Goodluck!&amp;nbsp; &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
