Hi everyone.

Just wondering how long it usually takes for mods to respond to support issues. I have been without my phone for 24 hours because of a Sim Not Provisioned error and have submitted PMs to the moderator teams and have heard nothing.

Publc Mobile generally says up to 48 hours.

they usually give me back a reply less than 24 hours..

but it is really random.. sometimes within 2hours.. sometime longer

try to reply on the message again if you don't hear for 48 hours..

Hi @scottgardiner70

If you used the private message function last time, try using the chatbot to the bottom right and issue another request for moderator assistance.

Click on the chat bubble in the lower right and type moderator assistance, then select account-related issue, then select you need a human now.

Follow the prompts to submit a ticket.

message mods using this method and you will receive a response right away

click on the green chat bubble to the bottom right of your screen to speak with SIMon
type "no service"
(use the chat bubble options, then click "click here to submit a ticket!)
*login using your community account

make sure to check your inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically, for a response
