You'll need to contact a moderator to change the actual email address on your Public Mobile account through the chatbot or via direct message:

To change your Self Serve email you have to have Moderators do it.

Where? 🙂 For here and the community you can do it yourself by clicking on your clouds avatar and My Settings. For here and your account, you need to contact the moderators to change it.
