Credit card payment issue

I really don't know why my cibc visa card was refused by PM.

I checked with CIBC and was told everything is ok.

And i also use it for aliexpress, amazon, ebay, etc.

I don't know why i can't use it here even with the help from the moderator.

Did you try multiple times? If you did, Public Mobile's payment systems may have locked out this card's use. Did the moderator say that any such lockout has been reset?

The moderator said they can't help and ask me to put another credit card instead.

I do understand that Public Mobile didn't issue the card, but did the moderator give any indication of anything that was checked?

If you are using a payment card, leave the apartment/suite number in the payment information section blank.
