But I forgot summit my email for getting the Boxing week offer before registration.

And I payed first bill.

Can I get this offer?

Technically speaking, you did not qualify for the promotion because you did not register your email. Some customers have had success contacting moderators for help. No guarantees though. Expect at least few hours response time.
