So you might call a toll free number that that customer has chosen not to accept.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Other than that, for the limited minute plans here, officially yes they consume minutes...but experience says otherwise. So this is subject to change at any time without notice.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

As z10user4 said, some U.S.-based toll free numbers can't be called from Canada, but that's dependent on how the company using it set the number up.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
