Hi guys,

I just registered and activated my SIM card. The referral code I added doesn’t reflect $10 off my account. Anyone know why?

@RaghadA If you used a friend's referral code then it can take upto 72 hours to have $10 credit added to your account. You can also check with your friend as to whether they got their RAF $1 credit to make sure there were no errors in the code used.

Edit: BTW that $10 credit will be used towards your next payment cycle along with autopay discount as long as you registered a CC or Debit Visa/MC to the account.

As @dabr mentioned ask your friend if they recieved the $1 reward as its added almost instantly to their account. They should be able to see the last 4 digits of your phone number on the rewards page in their account. Your $10 bonus credit usually shows up within 24 hours but if it is'nt recieved within 72 hours then contact the moderators.
