If you're asking about your account PIN, the only way to reset this is to open a ticket by going to: https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot

Tell SIMon what is the issue (important) -

Use "forget PIN#" if you forgot your account PIN#

You need to ask the automated program to contact a moderator. As soon as you type in "forgot PIN", as @popping was mentioning, that option is given.

If you opened a ticket it will appear in your private messages; click the little envelope beside your avatar, upper right.

If you have an Android phone and it's the original one you used when joining you might be able to find the pin in sim card messages.

Open message app

Top right, middle or bottom click the 3 dots

Go to settings

Go to advanced

Go to sim card messages

Otherwise contact moderators.
