I find this happens sometimes when in an area with weaker cell signal. Could that be the scenario? Make sure you haven't inadvertently activated do not disturb. Can you call it to see if anything happens on the screen when it is supposed to be ringing? Have you rebooted it to see if that helps? Can you call out okay as well as text and use data?

@DONALD1 You could also try removing the SIM and after few mins wait, reinsert and restart the phone. Maybe also try your SIM in another phone (spare/family/friend's) to see if this issue persists.
