Maybe doesn't matter as you said it's a new number.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;By locked I meant is the phone unlocked from a previous provider? That 10 count thing sounds like needing to put in an unlock code. You need to get that from a previous provider.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;LG what? Just the phone that you wish to use with the Public Mobile SIM.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/185671"&gt;@theblacklabel31&lt;/a&gt; :&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRIKE&gt;So here's the method&lt;/STRIKE&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRIKE&gt;1. buy SIM&lt;/STRIKE&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRIKE&gt;2. activate it&lt;/STRIKE&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRIKE&gt;3. pay for a plan during that&lt;/STRIKE&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4. have compatible, unlocked phone&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4. insert SIM&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;5. restart phone&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If phone not unlocked, ask previous provider.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If phone not compatible, get a different phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Again...what make/model/submodel phone do you have the Public Mobile SIM in?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
