Getting charged

I have applied for the save $5 for the next 6 months but it isn’t showing up on my bill. I am still getting charged the $30 plus tax.

Also, I have just been charged $14.99 but I have no idea what for. I haven’t used anything or added anything. It appeared on my transactions for my bill.

The first credit will be automatically applied to eligible rate plans within 30 days of activating, credits 2-6 will be applied before each renewal date.

Hi @Anna_E

When did you activate your plan? If you activated on the $35 plan, and you're being charged $30, then you are receiving the discount.

Please note following:

Plan Eligibility:

Quebec: Customers must activate on the $38 or $43 plan
Rest of Canada: Customers must activate on any plan of $35 or higher

Can you provide the descriptor that should accompany the $14.99 charge?

@Anna_E Read through your account Payment History for last 90 days, and you should be able to determine what that charge is for.
Remember that charges that on your credit card include taxes but amounts in your account do not.

I have checked the $14.99 It doesn’t appear anywhere on my bill on public mobile yet my visa has been charged for it.

It’s pending, but it doesn’t say anything else. Just Public Mobile.

The puzzler here also is that I don't see how that would be a calculated amount for any province. $14.95 yes at 15% but I don't know how it got to 14.99.

Have you asked the moderators?

Would you be willing to post a screen snip of how it looks at your credit card side. Blank out anything else identifiable or personal of course.
