      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi everyone,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;A very Merry Christmas to everybody. I just have a question here:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have not been receiving any data whenever I am outside of my home and far from my wifi lately. I have subscribe to an autopay, so I know that I will be receiving my monthly alloted data.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Has this ever happened to anyone here? What did you do about it?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; I would appreciate any reply. If not, the most likely cause is the APN settings not being set correctly on the device.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Here's a good starting point:&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/set-up-data-on-an-android-phone" target="_blank"&gt;Set up data on an Android phone (publicmobile.ca)&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On some Andrroid devices, you'll also need to set the APN type as:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;default,mms&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If you're familiar with wifi then you need to turn on the other data option to connect to the internet when away from any wifi.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
