It is provided with your SIM card.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;If the PIN code is entered incorrectly 3 times, the phone is locked (except for emergency calls) and requires a PUK (Personal Unlock Key) to reactivate it.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Once the PUK is recovered and validated, you will be asked to choose a new PIN.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Only Public Mobile's moderators can give you this type of code, which the device manufacturer cannot. Those are two different things. What's the exact message you are seeing on-screen?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If your phone is aksing for a a SIM Network Unlock PUK, this means that your phone is locked to another carrier, and you'll need to get assistance from the original carrier of that device.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you were going through your SIM card's security settings and entering your SIM card's PIN too many times incorectly, only&amp;nbsp; Public Mobile customer support can give you the PUK.&amp;nbsp; A ticket can be opened by going to:&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"&gt;https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
