Also, the method that you gave isn't the way Public Mobile has asked customers to contact them. It is an option but they've asked members to first try &lt;A href="https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;(which isn't a real-time chat with the moderators)&lt;/P&gt;</description>
