I got the plan is like $35 per month.

Also I already setting the Autopay Reward before ,so should be $33 per month.

But don’t know why my bank account it’s showing up I paid like $36.96(The public mobile show like only pay for $35),and the situation it’s been 2 times .

You need to also pay taxes each cycle on your plan. 12% in this case.

33 + Taxes = $36.96

33 x 1.12 = $36.96

Hello @SihhanWang ,

The 1st payment you make with Public Mobile is always the full price plus taxes. Then any rewards are supposed to be deducted off your 2nd 30-day cycle bill.

Are you saying even your 2nd 30-day cycle did not get reduced by $4 ($2 1st time + $2 2nd time)?

Do have autopay enabled?

If this is correct then maybe contact the moderators to check why this is.
