      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Members&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I bought a sim yesterday and activated it, while activating i got an error,.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;when i retried it said sim is already taken,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i put the sim in the phone, it worked with the number i selected, so it was activated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But i cant use the self serve with the email id i used while activating it says email not found,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;can someone help please&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks in advance&lt;/P&gt;</description>
