      <description>&lt;P&gt;Try rebooting your phone. Also try removing sim and reinsert it.&amp;nbsp; If you have another phone then try swapping the sim.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

It should show Public Mobile.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For Android-Connections&amp;gt;Mobile networks&amp;gt;Access Point Name. Again it should show Public Mobile.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did you port over from another carrier with the locked phone? You need to keep the old SIM in the phone and wait for a text to confirm you are porting over then power off the phone and put the PM SIM in the phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If neither are the issue, you will have to contact the moderator on the SIMon Chat bubble and ask to contact a moderator.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
