(unless they have login access to your e-mail service - do they?&amp;nbsp; -- if they do, change your e-mail login info/password)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You could just ignore it - what could they do by using your e-mail address to register (except prevent you from doing so with that e-mail address).&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Now, if they have your payment cards/info, this is a whole different story.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Make sure those are secure.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can contact the moderators.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;To contact a moderator, there are 2 methods:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Use the ticketing system for a faster response time.       <description>&lt;P&gt;We could ignore this and it seems our credit cards are secure. But we also want to have all our information, including email, removed from Public Mobile. I don’t even want to have this account that I’m currently using, but I had to make one just to even try to get help with customer service. This is a horrible idea for customer service. Do you know how to speak with someone over the phone immediately?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Don't answer that. If it's catanddog @ gmail.com&amp;nbsp; then well that hardly seems terribly unique. Whoever might have innocently used it is probably wondering why they never got any emails from here.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
