no service no wifi?

I am aware there is no Add on for service in Mexico but I am wondering if I will still be able to use the hotel wifi when I am out of service area?

if you have social media apps in your phone you can contact others anywhere by WiFi even without sim card.

Yes, you can use wifi on your device. Wifi is not dependent on PM.

Yes, just connect to wifi that is available anywhere and you are good to go.

That is correct not dependent on service.
