      <description>&lt;P&gt;I live in white rock, BC.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sometimes my phone will think I am in the US and will stop working for me, I cant receive or make calls since I don't have an add on. although i am not in the US.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How can I fix it?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ive been using PM for 2 months now, and didnt have any issues, sometimes at night i would get messages from PM that I am in the US and need to buy an add on package, but I never had trouble of making calls&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Today for almost half a day I did not have an cellular service&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/167813"&gt;@osher7788&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Swipe Down On Home Screen&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Settings (gear at upper right usually)&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Mobile networks&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Make sure "Data Roaming" is disabled&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;To stop it from happening again.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Network operators&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;check around here if there is a way to disable automatic networks.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;These instructions are under the assumption you are on android maybe you OP you can tell us what phone?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;so i have a samsung s8+ (so yes an android)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;next time this happens I will try to disable roaming data.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I think it might be because i have dual sims, I have one from Israel since I get mobile data much cheaper there.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I will update if it helped&lt;/P&gt;</description>
