If you're on the $15 plan maybe you've run out of minutes. Or your account didn't renew.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Some phones might have the SIM inside under a back cover under the battery or on an edge. Others will have a "tray" that you need a paper clip to push out like the old manual way of opening a cd tray.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If that's what you're looking for...why? Are you changing phones?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Or you can buy SIM cards in many stores.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Well, you need a SIM card to dial out, so that is problem number 1.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Or do you mean you cannot find how to access the SIM card in your device? Look around the edges and you should find a small hole. You will need a pin or a SIM "poker" to open the slot.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please explain more, as I am just guessing here.&amp;nbsp;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":beaming_face_with_smiling_eyes:"&gt;😁&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;REBOOT your phone to try and fix your cannot dial out issue.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/184339"&gt;@BeukGale-40-&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;:If you lost SIM card and there no SIM card at all in your phone, you won't be able to use Public Mobile on that phone, until you find your Public Mobile SIM card or but another Public Mobile SIM card and activate the new card before putting it in your phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Edit :As &lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/149170"&gt;@HALIMACS&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; said below, don't activate SIM card just swap it by contact Moderator Team or if self serve updated to let swap SIM card from there.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
