I activated my sim card yesterday, online. I then got a SMS message from my existing carrier and I replied yes I wanted to port my existing number over to the new carrier. I then put the sim card in my phone and turned it on. The screen says the network is locked and asked me to put a network unlock pin. My phone is not locked, is that what its actually saying. It tried the 4 digit pin I created , no luck there

Public Mobile's moderators can be contacted at the following address: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437

Caution! If the PUK is entered incorrectly ten times in a row, the SIM card becomes unusable.
