Hello how to get my account to stay set to my province. I keep changing it to my province and it always sets back to ontario? Is that normal or what do I need to do? or does it matter 🤔

If so, that it doesn't really matter, unless you are looking at available phone plans that are available in that province.

Mine usually does not stay to my province either.

OR, do you mean under your 'My Profile' in your Self Serve account? Again, I don't think it matters, but why wouldn't this save?

"if you’re updating your address and have registered a credit card to your account, be sure to update your credit card address "

Everything in the self-serve and accounts runs on ET.

The community can be set to whatever time zone you like but it's not technically connected to the phone system.

The phone should use time zone of your current location. Set device time manually if that doesn't work.

Is there no way to change the time zone from ET to PT in the self serve usage summary? Frustrating that it’s always out.
