    <description>&lt;P&gt;I currently have a disconnected phone number from a previous provider. When I try to change that number to a PM one through my account, all it says is that it failed. It's been about 30 days and I still am unable to change my number, is there any other solution to this? Do I have to reset my account?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help would be greatly appreciated.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Then there could be restrictions of valid numbers. For that we'd need to know the area code and prefix (not last 4 digits). But you said "disconnected".&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://@klagthomas1" target="_blank"&gt;@klagthomas1&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;Definitely the account with the other Service Provider needs to be active for you to&amp;nbsp;be able to transfer the number. What I could recommend you is to get in contact with the other service provider and see if they can resume the line.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards !&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
