      <description>&lt;P&gt;I need help, my phone keeps saying called failed. When someone is trying to call me.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And it’s doesn’t even show up in my missed calls list.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if Iam on FaceTime with a friend and someone calls it will automatically say call failed.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;whyyy?? Someone help&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Calls are on the 3G network only. If you were facetiming on 3G mobile data and a call came in it would faill as the 3G network / your phone can only complete one action at a time....either use data or calling not both.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

The moderators may need to reset your account or reprovision your sim card. You can always toggle airplane mode on/off to reconnect to the network it could just be a bad connection.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
