      <description>&lt;P&gt;Did you try using the Forget password option?&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;If that didn't work, you want have to open a ticket with Mod.&amp;nbsp; They will ask you validation questions and you will have to provide them as much information to verify.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To open a ticket with the mod, use the Bubble at the bottom right of the page.&amp;nbsp; Type "Submit a Ticket", then type select Account-Specific Questions and select I need Human now&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Wait times have improved currently about one hour.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Keep an eye on your private message box (the envelope icon) next to your avatar at the top right corner of your screen for a little bubble to pop up indicating a message from the moderators.
