My credit card pays 4% cash back on recurring payments but only 1% on manual payments. My payment isn't designated as recurring (to Visa) by Public Mobile. Can this be changed?

Some times you have to suck it up up and accept the lower % cash back on your credit card. I get my 3% cash back on a top up or auto pay. Perhaps you should reconsider your credit card supplier vs expecting PM to resolve.

You can earn their $5 coupons per 10×$10 spend per visit. They are both redeemable on pm vouchers and earnable. The only loyalty program that allows you to do this and equals a 5% rebate. Combine that with a cash back card for pharmacy/drugstore purchases you have a stackable rebate of 8 to 10%. And you get a $5 coupon on your birthday!
