Texts in wrong order

Anyone else find that their texts show up in the wrong order if they are sent within the same minute?

Ex: both a text and a reply sent at 1:14 pm. The reply would show up above the original text.

I'm on a Samsung S9. This has been happening for a few months, so the phone has definitely been shut down and restarted a few times.

Googled this:

If your text messages aren't being displayed in the proper order, this is due to having the wrong timestamps on the text messages. To fix this issue: Go to Settings > Date and time. Make sure “Automatic date and time” and “Automatic time zone” are checked

Are you using RCS by any chance? If so, try disabling RCS so your phone can fallback to standard SMS.
