    <description>&lt;P&gt;Didn't worked. End up using PM bot and it suggested turning off phone, remove sim, reinsert sim, wait a minute, turn on phone.       <title>Service has been not working for past week</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Two accounts both iPhone 8 +, not receiving calls. I am on Lucky mobile and was able to replicate this issue. Text messages seems to work mostly. This is not acceptable. I have checked accounts and are in good standing. Tried restarted phone, nothing worked.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If you're having issue with your Lucky Mobile service as well as your Public Mobile service, this is likely an issue with your device.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Login to your self-serve account.&lt;BR /&gt;2. Report your phone lost/stolen using [Plan and Add-Ons] --&amp;gt; [Lost/Stolen Phone]&lt;BR /&gt;3. Logoff&lt;BR /&gt;4. Wait 5 minutes and login again&lt;BR /&gt;5. Report your phone found.&lt;BR /&gt;6. Re-start you phone to provision your account again. i.e. enable all features of you plan again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If this trick failed to get thing working again, you should create a moderator support ticket using the Chat bubble at the right side bottom corner of this page.&lt;BR /&gt;Moderator wait time is up to 2 days.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Dial 611 from the phone is the account active?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As for texting that could be because iPhone use iMessage to you will be able to receive texts via WiFi.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
