I submitted my email, got sim card, signed up and activated phone with email but didn't get the Black Friday deal. How do you activate the deal?

If you used a referral code for a $10 signup bonus. That will be credited to your account within 72 hours of activation.

The first credit will be automatically applied to eligible rate plans within 30 days of activating, credits 2-6 will be applied before each renewal date.

IF you signed up for the promotion during the promotion eligibility period, then by the activation deadline used the same e-mail address for the activation, AND you subscribed on a $35 or higher plan, then YES, you'll get it.

If you don't see it within 30 days, contact a moderator.
